Pemberley is inspired by all things English Countryside and which bear the names of the places in Jane Austen’s Pride & Prejudice (a small literary & movie obsession of mine). Pemberley’s oversized blooms and moody blue background are evocative of the tumultuous - turned blissful - love story of Mr. Darcy & Elizabeth Bennet. Pemberley is the name of Darcy’s grand home, the one they would soon share but not until they were able to see past their own pride & prejudice of one another.
